VA6000A Series Fume Extraction Cabinet with Integral Wet Scrubber

Outer section:

• The outer cabinet is constructed from mild steel and powder coated white.
• Stainless Steel or polypropylene  is also an offered option in highly corrosive areas
• The side panels are150mm wide and house all necessary services including switches, remote taps controls , 2x 16amp plug sockets and any other extras.

Inner section:

• The inner work chamber and baffle is manufactured from contour moulded resin impregnated fiberglass.
• The  “Vulcathene”drip cup is recessed and sealed firmly without crevices.

Lighting Details:

• The light is LED, situated at the top of the cabinet where maximum light dispersion can be achieved- minimum of 800 LUX over the entire work surface.
• The lighting is housed in an external housing and sealed off from the unit by means of a polycarbonate diffuser.

Spray System:

• The spray nozzles are situated in the top scrubbing plenum fitted on top of the FEC.
• The scrubbing plenum will be filled  with PAL rings to ensure sufficient contact time with the contaminated air moving through the scrubber.
• The scrubber system is  manufactured from a combination of polypropylene and pvc materials.

Extraction System:

• Fan is constructed entirely from Polypropylene with an external motor.
• The fan will be sized according to the size and volume of the cabinet required.
• All ductwork is manufactured from either  PVC, polypropylene or stainless steel ducting.

Optional extras:

•  Automatic Dosing system And Ph Controller.
